2010-2011 has been a truly amazing year for me. Although I have always been a sceptic of the internet and its distracting, time-consuming nature, it has become necessary to create this web-site in order to deal with the recent, significant rise in volume of bookings for functions and recitals as well as requests for instrumental  tuition.

This increase can be largely attributed to successful performances at a number of significant, competitive musical festivals which have generated  an unexpected amount of coverage in the regional press, for which I am extremely grateful.

In February, I was honoured to have the opportunity to perform at the “Best of Darlington” award ceremony as well as to be nominated for an award for Services to the Arts.  An on-line report of this event featuring the performance can be found at:
